My rough translation:  "Modern Musicians:  The trio of young men in the photograph are the group "The Rebels."  They perform modern rhythms.  The group is made up of Tony Sellier, who came from high school in the US to spend the summer with his parents L. A. Sellier and Mr. Sellier; Steve Breland and Mike McCarty, son of Jim McCarty, employee of Mobil, both of whom recently graduated from Escuela Anaco.  The Rebels were a hit during performances for a week on the radio station Voice of Anaco, at the clubs in North Camp, Buenavista and Mata, and at numerous parties in Anaco."

Clipping courtesy of Jim McCarty Sr.  Jim kindly sent me this clipping in mid-August of last year.  Sorry that it has taken so long to get it posted.  It's a classic!  Comments on my translation will be appreciated!
